I have to confess I am a late / slow starter to this blogging stuff. I'm still trying to fix some of the html problem - why is it that my earlier July posts are not seen in here but when you click on July under Archives, it refreshes & shows? hmm...

Anyway, I figured out that blogging is a good way to bring people closer, getting updates on how one is doing & also a platform for thoughts & views to be shared.

Like for my sis who's in France now. Though we don't talk to each other much before she went over to France, reading her blog has sort of brought me closer to her.

And for friends whom I don't keep in constant contact, blogs are a good way to know how they are doing.

Also, reading people's blogs make me realised I'm not the only with problems. Other people have the same problem as I do, if not, they also have their own set of issues to handle.

I'm getting the hang of writing blogs. I like it cuz it doesn't talk back at me, it allows me to post my thoughts, grouses, mundane stuff on it & at times, I think I am better at expressing myself in writing than talking. What's more it's FREE - for myself & for anyone who's interested to read it.

For "ardent" readers of my blog, it make me realised how thoughtful some of them are. And here, I would like to thank Selina. Though you're in US & we hardly know each other back then here, your emails have been encouraging & I'm thankful for your sharing of experiences & views. It really touches me.

NOTE: in my previous post on my sunglasses, I realised I have more than 5. Currently, I'm also looking for a buyer for my DKNY sunnies. I have only wore it once & found that it doesn't suits me. Girls...don't they just like to shop on impulse? *sigh* *grin*
